GROUNDED CONTINUUM

A CONTINUOUS THREAD OF SUPPORT

Welcome to the Grounded Grief Continuum. A professional, lightly-held community space for navigating grief—beyond the therapy room.

Grief Doesn't End When The Session Is Over

We built The Continuum because we know that the hardest part of grief often happens between the hours of 1:1 therapy. You don’t always need deep, intensive processing. Sometimes, you simply need to know you aren’t alone.

The Continuum is not therapy. It is not a course. It is structured belonging. It is a space to rest, to be witnessed by licensed clinicians you trust, and to stay connected to a community that understands exactly what you are carrying.

  • No pressure to be or grieve a certain way: Keep your camera off or just listen. Come as you are.

  • Expert-held space: Facilitated by the licensed clinical team at Grounded Grief.

  • A gentle rhythm: Predictable, sustainable touchpoints that won't overwhelm your nervous system.

The Grounded Grief Team

Welcome. We are here for the space in between.

Our team of licensed grief and trauma therapists is here to offer a professionally held space for your ongoing journey. We believe that some of the most profound integration happens when we are witnessed by a community that understands exactly what we are carrying.

Why Join The Continuum?

Because grief can be exhausting, and you shouldn't have to carry it in isolation. The Continuum is not a clinical treatment plan, and it isn't a heavy, time-consuming course. It is simply a bridge—a place to rest, reflect, and stay anchored beyond the therapy room.

  • Structured Belonging: Grief is profoundly isolating, especially after the acute phase passes. This is a dedicated, reliable space to be witnessed by people who understand exactly what you are carrying.

  • A Gentle Pace: There is no heavy curriculum, no required reading, and no pressure to "fix" anything. We offer a spacious, repeatable rhythm designed to support your nervous system, not overwhelm it.

  • Continuity, Not Closure: We don't believe in "moving on"; we believe in moving forward. This space provides practical pathways for expression and meaning-making as your relationship to your loss naturally evolves.

  • Safely Facilitated: While this isn't 1:1 therapy, it is securely guided by the licensed clinicians at Grounded Grief. You can simply show up and rest, knowing the boundaries of the space are being professionally held for you.

Wooden Ceiling Details

"Communal grieving offers something that we cannot get when we grieve by ourselves. Through validation, acknowledgement and witnessing, communal grieving allows us to experience a level of healing that is deeply and profoundly freeing. Each of us has a basic human right to that genuine love, happiness and freedom."
