ABOUT ME

In my role leading operations at Grounded Grief, I build the foundation that allows an exceptional team of clinicians to do their best work for the community we serve. We believe in processing grief so that it informs a story rather than defining a life, and I view operations as one craft that makes that mission possible.

Drawing on nearly two decades of experience in strategic consulting and cross-functional project management, I’ve guided organizations of all sizes through complex growth and change. My background informs my approach, but my MFA in writing defines it—I believe every system must earn its place. Care lives in the details, from the infrastructure we build to the intentionality behind every word we put into the world. It is a privilege to manage the details, all so our clinicians can focus entirely on holding space for our community.

WHAT KEEPS ME GROUNDED

I find my balance between San Francisco's full-tilt energy and the quiet of California's backcountry while exploring and motorcycle camping with my husband. Behind a desk or not, I remain fueled by gratitude, the perfectly curated playlist, and the ritual of turning a cup of coffee into an event.
