ABOUT ME
I come to this work with an open heart and a deep respect for the many ways people move through grief, transition, and change. Born on the bayou, I’ve been shaped by listening closely—to people, to nature, and to what is unspoken and unnamed.
Nature is where I begin. It asks nothing of us and offers no need to fix or figure things out. It simply invites us to slow down, listen, and notice what is here—making space for emotions that can become buried beneath the pace of everyday life.
Grief asks for patience, for tending, and for the freedom to rest and move at its own pace. Nature provides a mirror for this. When met with care, compassion, and companionship, grief can soften, making room for meaningful connection, gratitude, and a life that honors not only what you’ve been through, but also who you’re becoming.
I offer virtual and walking sessions throughout the year to support individuals moving through grief, loss, and life transitions that can feel too heavy to carry alone.
WHAT KEEPS ME GROUNDED
I stay grounded by making room for awe, my loved ones, and an ever-expanding list of passions—from gardening and sewing to wandering outdoors on foot or motorcycle, always open to go where my heart leads me.
