Grief can feel isolating, but you do not have to carry it alone. Please follow the steps below to activate your membership whenever you feel ready.
HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR PASS
1. Select Your Pass: Choose the tier listed in your welcome email from the options below.
2. Create Your Account: Set up your private account and complete the brief community welcome forms.
3. Apply Your Code: You will not pay anything—simply enter your access promo code at checkout to bring your total to $0.00 and bypass the payment screen.
If you experience any issues or need support accessing the space, please contact us.
Your Gift Pass never expires. Your membership term begins only when you activate your membership. It will not renew automatically at the end of your term.
