Please note: There is no live Zoom meeting for this event. A new workshop will be added to the Video Library at 5:00 PM PT today. As part of our monthly rhythm, today marks the release of a new Video Workshop. This is an on-demand offering from our clinical team exploring a range of grief topics—including meaning-making, continuing bonds, attachment, and compassion. Alongside the teaching, you will find guided journaling prompts, grounding exercises, and gentle yoga for somatic processing. There is no rush to watch it today. The workshop will remain in the library for you to explore at your own pace, whenever you feel ready and have the capacity.
