The Nature of Grief Walk: A Grief Mini-Retreat
Join Shannon Collier, MA, MS, Grounded Grief Counselor, for a deliberate walk in the natural environments of our local parks. This mini-retreat will provide time for sharing about your grief experience, identifying personal needs, discussing effective coping strategies, and connecting with others navigating the depths of loss.
- Where: Meet at Pierce Mill at Rock Creek Park (trails used will be accessible and paved)
- Day: Friday, October 13th
- Time:10am to 12:30pm
- Attendees: Limited to 6-8 Participant
