Grief 101 for Mental Health Professionals: Sitting with the Pain of Grief

Sitting with Grief in the context of therapy can feel overwhelming. We have chosen a "helping" profession and yet, there isn't much "helping" or "fixing" when it comes to grief.

Come join a workshop that will support:

1) Ways to become more comfortable with sitting in the presence of grief

2) Tools to use right away when clients who show up in immense grief

3) Ideas to bolster the pyschoeducation you can provide during sessions

4) Guidance around how to conceptualize grief work in the context of therapy

5) Group case consultation (as time allows)

6) Comeraderie and support in this important work
