Drop-In Monthly Grief Group (Remote)

It's hard to show up in grief. We get that. Join us for a monthly gathering with others who are grieving. All are welcome. 

One of the greatest barriers to healing from grief is grieving in isolation. Grief is meant to be experienced as a community, not just individually. Our modern culture, and in particular the recent pandemic, has robbed us of this opportunity to grieve with the support of a community and its power to move us towards healing. The structure of of the group will be informed by the practice of Council, a method of group facilitation that focuses on creating a space of safety and sacredness where everyone’s experience is heard, respected and honored. The group will offer both opportunities for sharing, connection, as well as grief psychoeducation.

• Fee: $45 per session*
